Welcome to MY NY SPA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website mynyspainc.com and to the services provided at MY NY SPA INC., 211 Broadway, Amityville, NY 11701. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Services
MY NY SPA is a New York State licensed spa offering professional wellness services, including therapeutic body massage, deep tissue massage, foot massage and reflexology, and related spa services. All services are performed by trained staff in a clean, professional environment.
Professional, therapeutic services only. All massage and spa services at MY NY SPA are strictly professional, non-sexual, and provided for relaxation and therapeutic wellness. We do not offer, and will not tolerate requests for, any illicit, sexual, or inappropriate conduct. Any such request will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund, and may be reported to authorities. We reserve the right to refuse or end service to protect the safety and dignity of our staff and clients.
2. Appointments & Walk-Ins
- Appointments can be made by phone at (516) 325-1988. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that following clients are not delayed.
- We ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on our website and in our menu are provided for convenience and may change without notice. The prices in effect at the time of service apply. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
4. Health Notice
Massage and spa services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concern, please tell your therapist before your session and consult your physician as needed. Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or areas of discomfort. You agree to disclose relevant health information so we can serve you safely.
5. Conduct
We are committed to a respectful, safe environment for all clients and staff. Guests are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, or violates these Terms, with no refund.
6. Website Use
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by MY NY SPA INC. and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information accurate and current, but the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MY NY SPA INC. and its staff are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
